Join the team behind TMUN 2026

A three-day conference with 150 delegates doesn't organise itself. The organising team is made up of high-school and university students who actually build the event — from communication and recruitment through to the logistics of the three days themselves.

Departments

Pick where you want to work

PR

Public Relations

The conference's voice: social media, promotional material, outreach to schools and universities — the messaging that fills the committee rooms.

HR

Human Resources

The people side: recruiting the team, coordinating volunteers, and making sure everyone knows what they're responsible for.

Logistics

Logistics

The part nobody notices when it works: rooms, materials, conference kits, meals, schedule — everything being where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

Press

Press

Documenting the conference from the inside: photo, video, writing. You work alongside Press Corps and produce the material that outlives the event.

Getting in

Four steps

1

Create an account

With your email or straight through Google, on the conference platform.

2

Choose "Organizing team" and a department

PR, HR, Logistics or Press. If you're torn between two, pick the one where you have more experience — the team reshuffles as needs emerge anyway.

3

Fill in the application

Your details, your motivation and any relevant experience. No fee and no invitation code.

4

Wait for the secretariat

Every application is read. Those selected receive a confirmation email with the next steps and the team's calendar.

What you're signing up for

Be honest with yourself

  • Work starts months before the conference, not on the weekend itself.
  • During the three days you're there from morning to night, and the schedule isn't negotiable.
  • You work in a team, with real deadlines and things that depend on you.
  • In exchange, you see an international event built from the inside — with a role in it, not just a presence.
  • You receive a volunteering certificate at the end, useful for university applications, scholarships, or anywhere proof of activity is asked for.
